SHIPPING TIME:
Each bag is custom-made just for you after your order is placed. Our production time is approximately 3-4 weeks, as we carefully craft your bag to ensure the highest quality. Shipping is handled by DHL Germany, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We hope wearing your bag brings you as much joy as designing it brought us!

REFUND POLICY:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 30 days. Please understand that customized bags are excluded from return options. However, it is possible to cancel a customized bag order within 48 hours.

Our team, led by expert seamstresses with over 25 years of experience working with leather, pours care and precision into each piece. Working side by side with my trusted friend and seamstress, we give special attention to every detail, creating durable, beautiful bags that are made to last. Each product is a labor of love, sewn with passion and dedication to deliver a unique piece that embodies true artisan craftsmanship. The leather we use ensures lasting resistance, elegance, and softness, even after many years of regular use. Each bag has been privately tested to guarantee durability and superior craftsmanship, offering you a product that stands the test of time while maintaining its luxurious feel and appearance.
